AUSTIN DOWDY
CO-OWNER | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Austin’s career in automation began at Perry Technical Institute, where he graduated in 2015 before entering the controls industry. Over the next 8+ years, he developed a broad technical background spanning automation system design, PLC/HMI programming, control panel fabrication, and field commissioning. His work has taken him across the United States and into a range of industries, including wastewater treatment, food processing, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, Austin's focus for Archon is clear: to deliver automation solutions that are built right the first time — reliable, efficient, and engineered to perform consistently without unplanned downtime or operational disruption.
Austin brings a field-first mentality to everything Archon does: "Good automation isn't just about the technology — it's about understanding the operation, earning the client's trust, and building systems that their teams can depend on every single day."
BRANDON OKELBERRY
CO-OWNER | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Before co-founding Archon Systems Integration, Brandon worked for 10+ years as a Controls Engineer in various industries across the United States. He gained extensive experience in leading automation teams, developing standardized I&E documentation, and building strong client rapport. As Co-Founder and COO, Brandon’s vision for Archon is straightforward: To provide all clients with fully optimized controls systems, capable of consistent and reliable operations without impacts or downtime.
Brandon believes that Archon should mirror the services it delivers: “Our mission is to be a fully optimized company. This is only achievable if all employees of Archon, no matter their position, function in unison and without impacts. The best way to achieve this is to lead from beside, not from above.”

LAUREN BAGGETT
BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Lauren joined Archon in 2024 and oversees the business operations that support the company’s day-to-day work and continued growth.
Her role focuses on maintaining the internal structure, processes, and administrative functions that keep the organization running effectively.
Working closely with Archon’s ownership, Lauren helps turn company priorities into practical processes and ensures the business side of the organization operates with the same attention to consistency and quality expected in the field. Her work supports Archon’s ability to grow while remaining organized, accountable, and focused on delivering reliable results for its clients.
